At J&M Photography, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible when it comes to cancellations and refunds. By booking a session with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.


All bookings require full payment upfront unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. This payment secures your session date and covers the time, planning, and preparation involved in delivering a professional photography experience.

Because of the time-sensitive and creative nature of our work, we do not offer full refunds. However, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, depending on the timing of the cancellation and the amount of work already completed.

If you need to cancel your session, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session may be eligible for a partial refund, typically up to 50% of the total amount paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are generally non-refundable, as time has already been allocated and preparation may have begun. In some cases, we may offer to reschedule your session instead of issuing a refund, depending on availability and the nature of the booking.


Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with artistic style, as this is clearly represented in our portfolio and discussed during the booking process. We encourage all clients to review our work in advance to ensure it aligns with their expectations. Additionally, no refunds will be given for missed sessions due to client lateness, no-shows, or failure to communicate changes in schedule.

In the rare event that J&M Photography must cancel a session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued for any payments made.

We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the client as a result of cancellation.


All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to matei.mindrila@gmail.com. We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
